I fucking loved that car. Was a real icon for me as it was being built up as i got properly into my cars....

Be nice to see it stay together and restored to its former glory

It recently had a blowout of the motorway, so there is some damage to the rear bumper (shown below).
It needs a pair pof rear tyres, but I'll get some fitted.

There are a couple of stone chips and tiny paint marks.
There is no tax or MOT.
The rear light lenses are shocking! You'll need to change them before the fashion police nick you!
The rear fog lights don't work.
There are no side repeaters fitted - I just stick tempory ones on for MOTs.

The diff is leaking oil and needs looking at.
The rear lower shock thread is stripped so it either needs drilling and bolting or rethreading.
There's a huge hesitation when the boost goes over 14psi, so that needs looking at if you want to run proper power. I'm guessing it has around 250bhp at 14psi.
The fuel gauge doesn't work (never been wired up into the Stack dash since the car was built)
The wipers only work on intermittent and full speed (again, it's always been like this, I've never got around to connecting the pulse output which tells the wipers when the car is moving!)
It unlocks itself after the first lock and then locks fine on the 2nd attemp (once again, it's always been like it... it was such a huge battle to get the car built in the first place that those 3 jobs have just never been finished!)
Audio doesn't switch on. Probably a fuse..? I tried to switch the sounds on the other day and got nothing! It's always been fine up to now.
Needs a steering shaft fitted (this has been supplied by BMW as a recall, I've just not got around to fitting it).

the things got more problems than britney spears

To be fair though most of it is just a weekends work, it's just the body/paintwork that's the big one

Renton; The rear light lenses are shocking! You'll need to change them before the fashion police nick you!
Agreed, other than that could be finished off into a right tracktoy.

I'd personally remove the rear lights as stated aswell Ryan, but if you like them each to their own!

Would be such a cool car!
