Hope to buy a mountain bike in the spring. Not sure what to get though. Like them Boardman ones. Few work buddies go off roading but i'd want somthing too that i could use for a few miles on the road. Whats the options, Just change over the wheels?

My brother snapped the frame on his Zaskar. Given how easily it let go I wouldn't buy a GT.

To be honest. we are talking about the Proper old Zaskar, 96' when the LE frame was the same as the Zaskar, and had the proper big tubes, they took a proper beating... but they are 12 years old now!

sadly after that they made them light-weight

used to love mine, 16" 96'ZaskarLE with the original BomberZ1's on the front.

Box woods terrorist

Sadly no pictures. but as said fudge has it now with some bombers on it too.

One of the best hand made bikes you can get IMO.
made just down the road from me.

only down fall is they are a little pricey
but like anything you get what you pay for

cant have been one of the american hand made ones then! they are one of the strongest frames made. same cant be said for the later mass produced ones unfortunately.

recently sold my intense m1-sl. now got a spooky bandwagon and santa cruz chamelion.

the funniset thing thats ever happend with us when out riding was when we were in france

riding in les gets on one of the tracks there i can't remeber the name of it but my mate came in far to hot in one section and i was following him in the train down the hill one he went off

at this one corner and into the electric fence he got properly tangled up and thought he was orite "am orite its not switched ON " he shouted as he was zapped by it as he struggled to get out while us cruel fuckers were howling and rolling around on the floor as he had a load of fit like spasms lol
