Track Day DB question

If a car is 103db static, would it be ok on a 98db drive by day?

How does it work?

103 static is too loud for most UK circuits

Hi its on my porsche 996 gt2,on saturday at oulton is was 103static and i don't think they had any drive by checks,wanted to do donny on the rs track day but didn't know if i'd pass a 98 drive by ,cheers

I'd personally say not a chance Neil

But it depends on how strict the marshals are.

These peoples ears are generally the noise monitors around the circuit and report back to HQ about loud cars.
