while i was cleaning the petrol tank today i noticed that the fuel return pipe has broken away from the top of the fuel pump caseing (see tip of screwdriver in pic 1) now what i need to know is does this caseing come with a new fuel pump, or will i have to get this part from ford ? if so does anyone know the part number or where i can get it.. thanks in advance by the way the pump is a ITP048 if this matters as i think the caseing is standard ford item

 

Arent these the same as normal Escorts? If so, it shouldnt be much of a problem to get a new one.

The tube is just welded by some soldering (tin) maybe you can make a new pipe and braze the level sender braket.
Remain to fine the same pipe diameter..

 

well just checked microcat mate and its only available as a complete unit with the fuel pump ,ive the tank out of my escos and ive a tank from an rs2000 could compare them if u like mate

 

you can not get them from ford any more.. But GGR can still get them..
