ive got 4, but was told in good faith by a friend, not to use them on my inlet,

rs1800 inlet, and 2.0 mondeo engine,

also, where do you fit them, between the head annd injector plate, or between injector plate and inlet?

just been on ebay and found them for a rs1800

and they are onn microcat for that engine, so they must be used?

There for the plastic inlet manifolds you see on the 115ps zetecs

They will not fit the RS1800 manifold

shit, that means thats not my problem then

recon it could be because i removed the charcole canister?

as said, they are for the black plastic inlet manifolds

the rs1800 should be a 2 part jobby, a thick gasket that goes between head and injector plate, and then a thin gasket that goes between injector plate and manifold

if you removed the charcoal canister, did you block off the vac hose from it?

if not, that will be sucking in unmetered air

need to go round the bay and check for any leaks again,

i still havnt got a deffinate answere as to wether leting the block breather go to atmosphere can cause isues?
