It is a scam, I got few of these, haven't sent a sigle part but I lost some time whis these wankers, was "interested" in my group A turbo and well as you may guess I never got any cheque, but lost 1 month of email exchanges...

mate owns a breakers,he gat an email the other week in broken english regarding a saff he was breaking.
