Can they catch you speeding in the opposite direction to what they are on, for instance head on and at night?

One flashed last night on the opposite side, no other cars around but I swear I was passed it by the time it flashed

 

If it was deffo a gatso then no they cant get you going towards them

 

No they cant is the simple answer.


Some say you can be prosecuted for dangerous/ careless etc but i havent heard either for definite.

 

nope, its bollocks, they can be set off sometimes by coming towards them, but nothing will happen from it
