hi pete

the change temps are really low even though there's such i small gap

the manifold is a 4-1 stainless supplied by auto specialists and the turbo is a cosworth stage 3 4x4 t3

hope this helps

Ive recently just done this conversion to my fiesta as the t25 had gone bang when i brought the car. You have to seperate the i/c from the rad and pull the rad out and then replace it with the lugs on the bumper side of the front panel so that the turbo doesnt foul the rad. i also used a standard erst i/c for the pipes as its impossible to fit a pipe from the snail onto the bottom of the standard frst i/c. You also need to mess around fabricating an oil return and fabricating an exhaust system. Luckily i picked up a nearly new magnex system and had an old erst magnex system lying around so used the downpipe from that, bolted straight on. Ill take some pics 2moro and post em up for you.

nice one paul, good advice...the escort down pipe will not mate to the exhaust ...you will need to cut and shut the escort and fiesta down pipes together in the right place and weld...sounds a pain but is quite easy....do it ...and everyone get the manifold paul has...there the nuts for the money...

- I have a T34 with a pro alloy Rad 490mm and pro alloy intercooler on my fezzy.

- Playing around with mounting it is the key so theres no knocking going on and abit of a gap, strong vibra technic engine mounts are key aswell ,

- Temp wise its very cool now with two fans
was running a 11inch spal fan with a pro alloy 410mm alloy rad was good but its much cooler with my new current setup.
