Default what causes crank case pressuer

as above as i have changed every thing and rebuilt the engine twice and still build up crank case presuer as out ther breather it smokes and will spit oil out if driven on bosst any advise will help

have ya got an uprated breather system? What psi are ya running?

first off all its not a cossy and it runs std bosst 0.5 bar and its on a std breather system but noticed when i have it conected to the air box it will soon fill the air box with oil if driven hard alltough haveing a brather system fitted will help but its not suposed to be that much pressuer and smoke out of the breather so defo some thing is no good

quite normal really. They will spit oil out - thats why u have a catch tank. Excessive breathing is cased by worn bores, shagged headgasket,and too much oil.

Yeah its normal...but on 5psi shouldnt be bad enough to worry about! Who did the rebuild?

right i do all the engine re build as its what i do for a living and all the test has been done bore were test and so on the breather ant spiting out oil on idel only on boost but i mean alot i have to fill the car with oil almost a 1.5 liter a day oh its a pounto gt turbo its a coustomers car and cannot give it like that

Rick, as you siad worn bores but the bores are fine what else as my mind is now stuck in gear and cannt get sleep over it
