thinking about that was a stupid question for me to ask cos atm iam using a kent CVH34 cam from a escort turbo, so i pressume it is ok, pitty the cam itself is noisy as fcuk

RSTs always used the cams of the n/a engines. XR3, XR3i MFI and EFI. There are little differences between carb'd, MFI and EFI stock cams. But you can use the ERST in a FRST. One of them will bring little more power to the other engine... Can't really remember which one to combine with which engine...
