I have bought a private car number from the DVLA online and have received a Form V750 from them, but I am not sure what to do next. Can anyone advise please?

Take it to the dvla office, along with your original V5, copy of your tax disc, and i think insurance for the car with the new number plate,, hth

 

If you go to your local dvla office with your V750, you dont need to take your tax disc, leave it in the car. You will need to take your MOT though and your V5.

They will give you a new V5 and replacement tax disc and an envelope to send your old tax disc back

 

Ta for that. I have just posted the V750 together with the registration document to my nearest DVLA. The car isn't old enough for an mot.
