Default whats exhaust housing is better for my spec?

im going to be running a 2.1 zetec turbo on calibra turbo pistons, and was wondering if a t34 would be better on a .48 or a .63 exhaust housing? id use the car for going to meets, santa pod etc if that helps

.48, esp at that low power.

cant see any point at all of a .63 under 350+ bhp.
