Default zetec in a sierra...wont start?????

hello, i need your help. engine run lovly in the mondy, fitted new cambelt, timings right. its on 40's. alpha/weber ecu.sparking but wont start. popping out exhaust. any ideas. any body now where to take it to get set up, n.wales area. its a 2.0lt silver top thanks

Are you using the map that came with the ECU?

The problem with webber alpha is only their dealers can touch the ECU which wont help you. Have you tried spraying easystart down the carbs as you crank? Did webber supply the car jet sizes or have you guessed?
