Default Do all private car sales have £50 cashback clause?

I think it should become law that if a car is bought second hand via private sale, that if it develops a faults after the sale, we can politely ask for £50 back???

Of course if we can pay the seller the sale price less £50, it isn't even upto the seller if they refund £50 cos they haven't got it to refund?

Also, if we are rumbled we should come a PF and lash the seller just because he has the cheek to myther for a measly £50?

Would this be a good new law? Please discuss....

Makes a LOT of sense if buying a car off someone who has just performed any horrific bodges on it before selling it on.

The point of this thread I think was to take the piss out of someone who just bought a car that the owner had fucked up, and then dared to complain to said owner wasnt it?

If you think we're all thick cunts why not do us all a favour and fuck off back under which ever rock you crawled from?
Cause im quite happy to put up with the cunts on here in order to still be here to have sensible disucssions with the members that arent cunts like the one Ive just been having with Gareth T on coils.

Its like most things in life, you take the rough with the smooth

Boschman offering me lube , dont think so, i think he comes across as a bit of a dick on PF, he probably is

But you silky have come across as trying to rip someone off for £50 but due to the power of PF you havn't got away with it, you've also shown some true colours too. Naughty naughty lol

Hey, with what you've posted, Boschmans shown himself to be a bodger, but didn't everyone know that already.

I'll stick my nose in where I see fit, and someone ripping off another person (albeit a muppet) it just not right really is it.

You should have stuck with that chavved up Nova

more utter shit being typed again please explain where i've tried to rip any1 off cause if you read the post very carefully you'll find i haven't or never intented on doing so.

The powers of PF get a grip FFS

Yeah yeah shown my true colours alright like i'm remotely bothered what u think or even say, i've got my friends on here and thats all that matters.

I think you would find it would be a totally different story had i posted up straight away the issues i had but i for 1 don't do childish things like that i informed phil and he ignored me, so in his wisdom he though oh look i'll start a thread and call me a cunt and then every1 will voice there opinion before they are aware of the facts and he'll look like the victim

TBH couldn't give 2 shits what peeps think of me there free to make there own opinion i look forward to meeting phil and sorting all this out
