Default cometic head gasket

hi, has anybody had any trouble with the cometic head gasket leaking oil? seems to have run round into the bell housing and got on my new clutch head and block were both skimmed and using stud and nuts also. cheers!

yer the RS500 and the saff weep a little for a short time !!

the cometics are crap will not seal unless both faces are completely flat get a grp A much more reliable

Its a cossie if its not leaking its empty!!!

I have pulled my cometic off and gone to Small Turbo Escort gasket.

Hi Buddy yes it fitted a dream and it sounds great,haven't modified the tail pipe yet,it's on the to do list.Did you change yours?

I didn't had any problems with mine for now but I had both head and block skimmed before!! But for strong power better go for the Nava linea from Italy they can hold huge power>

mine done this first time around on long studs and freshly skimmed head but next time i had block decked and no weep,with a new cometic that is

What is a thicker gasket Cometic multi layer or Group A Ford head gasket ?

My head and block are skimmed and decked but my head is alittle thin in the skin and most probely on its last skim so thicker the better but still not sure what to do ?

Help pelase ?
