Default What do i need to do/fit my own fuel and brake lines????

As title, my car has been off the road for a long time and has had a full engine rebuild, i'm basically at the stage where it's almost ready for an MOT, but i think it will fail on these, so i think it's a good idea to replace them.
Anyway, having never done this before i kinda need a step by step guide on what to do and buy, it's a 4x4 saph if that makes any difference?
Cheers,

Rog.

I'd say take it to a professional if you are unsure.

When I have toothache I go the dentist.. I dont post for a mate to come round with some pliers

But if your the type that wants to learn and do it yourself then practice on someone elses car first

Ha ha sounds like a wise idea, my initial plan was to get it done as part of the MOT, but yeah i do want to learn how to do it, but i think maybe the garage option is a wise idea.

which ones need changing mate, the brakes are only a matter of undoing the nuts and then replacing the pipes, pretty same as fuel lines. its what you do after is what counts, bleed the brakes and ensure everything is on tight, get a self bleeder for brakes or a mate to help. fuel lines will refill themselves when the pump is primed and car may just run sluggy till all the air is out of the system
