went to the hospital to get juniors eyes checked out
got there for 2.10
appointment was for 2.20
told my dad to go and join the queue while i looked for a space to park
finally found a spot at 2.55
went inside, job jobbed
came back out again
and some cunt had parked their car in the entrace to the car park
so i went to see about getting it moved
security didn't want to know so i made a bit of a racket in a+e
he came with me to have a look
"sorry mate, can't do anything, he's got a disabled badge in the window"
"and?"
"can't clamp it, against the rules, can't tow it, ain't got a tow truck"
"so what are you going to do then?"
"nothing we can do"
wtf
"so what do you expect me to do?"
"wait till someone moves the car"
at this point i was ready to put his head through the window
and we had no option but to wait until someone else came along to move one of the other car, another 45 minutes later
i'm glad i didn't get upset with the man because i would have probably got myself arrested, but i'm going to raise merry fucking hell when i get through to someone who is paid to get bollocked about this sort of shit

the red rectangle is the car that was parked there
the white lines are the markings that are slightly obscured by the trees
there is no way to get out because the top white line i've drawn is for staff parking so none of them were going to be moving and everyone else was trapped by this fuck nugget

But this was on private parking, which means police/traffic warden can't do anything about it apart from the owner of the land. (i.e. manager security guy, etc)
