I used gunk to clean under mine up, seemed to work quite well, was very hard work though.
Then I used Epoxy Mastic 121 and painted on top of this.

I painted mine on by hand and it came up very well

And I forgot, for cleaning up the underneath, you could try what I regret not thinking of - Try power washing it before you take it all to bits, it's worked for others

Personally as I don't have heating or permenant electric in my garage, if you're oing to do it now, I'd try to get it done sharpish before the winter sets in and it's just too cold to be working on it
Thats just my opinion though

you only need help when you come to drop the beam other wise its easy
If i were you i would not have the underside blasted or wire brushed, if your car has underseal on it in as good a condition as mine then leave it be, its awesome stuff once cleaned up and if its stood the test of time so far why remove it
The best thing for getting waxoil off the underneath is by using more waxoil, put some fresh waxoil on a cloth and rub at the area/areas where you want the old waxoil taken off.
The new waxoil seems to kind of melt/ dissolve the old stuff, keep turning the cloth over and it will come off. Then once all the old stuff is off then you can easily clean it.
Done this to a few cars now and i guarantee you this works.
