Default what power with this spec????

as above really i have a 2wd saph cos which has had a full rebuild about 9k ago running stage 1 running 18psi with a radtec 500 cooler 3 inch mongoose system k&n filter. I was just wondering what power i would be running now and what sort of power i would be looking at with greens 3bar and a t34 .55. Also what is a safe amount of boost to run with the last spec cheers

i think you will be peaking at 18psi and holding 15psi you are probaly looking at about 270-290bhp go to greens ect and you will be getting about 360bhp

i think 360bhp is a bit optomistic imo, i would be happy with about 330 at about a held 24psi does this seem about right

Around 285bhp if holding 18psi!!!!Turn it down to 15 before she collaspes thru det! Then around 270ish.

Stage 3's are reliable..stick to a held 1.5bar for about 320bhp and you will have a nice conversion.

so i am looking at a held boost pressure of around 22psi for say a just over the 300bhp mark. Will the standard clutch be good for this sort of power????

the standard clutch will be ok if its the old style one , but the new ones from ford wont cope with no where near that!!

.55 is a good housing but i wouldnt go above 25psi on it as mine cracked like a bitch
