Not a chance, police use digital now and it sounds garbled shite on an analogue receiver

try the likes of AOR or Icom you pay top money but you get top scanners

 

cool so do you recon that will then pick it up ?

The latest AOR and Icom receivers will pick anything up - expect to pay LOTS tho

remember it will be encoded aswell, so its not just a case of getting a digital receiver!

if your that desperate to listen to them, there must be only one reason! your up to no good

still got my old one i remember back int he days could listen to mobiles between 917,000 and 95000 mhz fookin great fun that was listening to ppl arguin or luvy duvy convos pmsl


those were the days

 

they used to be good, could get cordless phones but now most are digital its pointless

 

i got the london police helicopter about 5 min from me its always going up and would be interesting to listen to its doings etc not sure how far you can scan but sometimes when in the garden would be interesting
