With unemployment so high, how come i cannot find, for love nor money, any warehouse people or office people in the Kent area, is everyone just a lazy bum nowadays or is everyone employed

 

Advertise it at the minimum wage, state you want the ethnic majority only and you will have hundreds of applicants

 

Unemployment is at one the lowest it's ever been mate, and that's good but there isd a downside - in Kent there must be thousands of illegal immigrants because of the docks

GO TO THE JOB CENTRE.................i advertised loads of roles for my compnay....drivers and warehouse staff and got all the positions filled in 2 days........ranging from Aylesbury down to Surrey and Kent...

plus its free to advertise with them and you can do it over the phone in 10 minutes

 

Most of the people at agencies are complete buffoons, my opinion is if they have to register there, then they havent tried to find a job and i hate using these sort of people, Polish galore down here, but they have all got jobs, i cannot wait until the Romanians and Bulgarians are here, maybe i will have a choice

I know what you mean; I’m putting together an IT department from scratch, and am having difficulties finding any decent staff to fit the job specifications. it's not that there's anren't any unemployed people about, it's just that they are unemployed because they are unemployable

the amount of fuck nuggets i get through the door asking if there are any driving jobs goning over the weeks is unreal, most of these guys from the agency also wouldn't make the grade if their test was done on a pedal trycicle, so fuck knows how they made it past the agency tests

i sent one guy packing last week for fucking up btu i also sent another agency guy back home after he showed the mechanical sympathy of a 2 year old throwing an tantrum
