I know what you mean; I’m putting together an IT department from scratch, and am having difficulties finding any decent staff to fit the job specifications. Needless to say I can’t even pronounce 70% of people’s names on their CV’s that are coming across my desk. They’re all foreign. Where’re all the local people?
