Just got in from ford fair and while i was walking round saw a red escort cossy with 18 inch escort cosworth wheels on

Thought they looked cool

He was selling the sets he had made but cant remember how much

Anyone else see them or where my eyes decieving me

thought they looked awesome.....................looked at some stock ones on another escos moments after and thought they looked too small after seing the 18's

i dont think thats a bad price tbh.especially for a one off/ultra rare wheel,
then again this time next year they'll chance to be as common as rs 7 spokes!!

These were 18's ???

I read a post on here a few months back asking if it was worth doing but people said it would cost 2much..........

 

They looked real good quality IMO, i had to take a second look to make sure i wasnt seeing things lol

I thought that was quite cheap for them and that was with tyres aswell

 

ditto.i would love some sapph wheels or 3dr wheels in 18"

 

They look amazing quality, but the proof will be come pot-hole time, if they do a "rondell" then it might be a problem

 

i too saw these and they looked like a factory finish

and yes i too had too look twice i thought i was seeing things

 

My mate just walked passed it at first and thought it was just a normal escort with mondeo wheels on lowered to the floor and then i said no look again and he couldnt believe his eyes

I do and yes they did look perfectly standard just 2 inches better, I spoke to him for a while as was very interested in getting some but they didn't look like they would clear AP's, he is going to update soon when he finds out.

Crikey...i missed this...bloody cosworths I just hope theyve been tested properly!!! im sure dunccos said when he was looking into having some made these cost so much as they had to be tested and certified before production could occur
