Default Another H/light question....

Went to adjust my headlights earlier as they seemed a bit out, its clearly marked up and down and left and right, but is this left and right as you stand facing the car to adjust them, or l & r from the drivers point of view? Probably a stupid question but thought I'd ask anyway.

Also, with HID's, I'm getting interferance on the radio when they're turned on, not all the time but more often than not. Anyone got any ideas why?

Inteference is caused by poor grounding most of the time.

Was told that, but never had the problem before the lights were fitted, and the HIDs are earthed to the earthing points on the car, could that be the problem? Sharing the earth with other things?

Lights are as you sit in the car facing the normal direction of travel(forwards).
Try an inline suppressor on the stereo, not all of them have them as std.
