Need some advice.

Myself and Adam have been thinking for a long time about a place of our own.

A new build will be completed very soon in an ideal location for us both and we both want an apartment there (and a bonus is its next to the trainline. lol)

We both have done a bit of research with regards to what we will need for outgoings etc etc, but need any advice we can get to help us on our way

So the stage is open for you all to put your 50p worth of importand and valuable information in

Craig - we are looking at letting for 6 months to see if we can live together - saves on fucking about with a mortgage at the moment

 

gracie i dont know you but one of my closest mates is bent and so if learned a little ( not that way )

as far as ive seen with all hes mates,,,, aslong as you have been together and not strayed or thought the other strayed then,,, its pretty much the hardest part of it over

when that worry is done then moving in is PISS easy

me and nikki moved in together after 3 days belive it or not and we have been together for something like 8 years,,,, now we knew each other but we NEVER spoke or actualy mixed together until something negative happened in both our lives and when that did happen we found we was into each other and so hooked up,,, she stayed at mine then when i moved back to my parents we lived there and,, well we been together ever since


dont get into that eash trap of renting though as from what i can tell you will be together for a while ( unless the bloke i see before was another guy )

good luck but maybe think about a morgage instead of renting as once renting its hard to get out of due to the bills ect

If you gona live in an appartment dont order fuck all from ikea cos im fed up to the back fuckin teeth of people ordering the biggest sofa to then find it dont fit..End of

I know you only get one space, but thats fine as I can drive, Ad can't

 

for costs, a bit of advice is take your monthly mortgage payment and double it.

Put that away every month and it will cover your bills, not including personal bills like car insurance, tax petrol etc etc.

Works for me and my mates.

Get a financial adviser, they will give you the low down on the different deals and types of mortgages.

Also, make sure the new builds aren't going to have cheap flats all round them, could turn into a shit whole in a few years.

and if poss, buy of plan, usually cheaper at the start of a development.

you seem to have "closest mates" that help you give advice on here on every subject on earth i swear

from badbwoi gangstaz we'd cross the road to avoid to whoopsies, a close friend for every PF occasion

 

the closest mate is " deal or no deal " on here

you would be suprised who my mates are,, i judge people based on them not look at a person then if they fit with my image be there mate

besides,,,,, when he was a close mate of mine i thought he was straight


hes the one who i was talking too about gay relationships with,,, it was one of those evenings in with me, pikey and 2 of hes other gay mates who happened to be in a relationship,,,,,, few grams of charlie and a few stellas and i find people talk about alot of deep subjects

Rentings dead money, even if it didn't work out Paul you'd be able to afford it on your own i'm sure - my mortgage is about £430 a month anyway but with all the other bits i reckon i pay out about £950 a month before i bought a loaf lol...
