Need some advice.

Myself and Adam have been thinking for a long time about a place of our own.

A new build will be completed very soon in an ideal location for us both and we both want an apartment there (and a bonus is its next to the trainline. lol)

We both have done a bit of research with regards to what we will need for outgoings etc etc, but need any advice we can get to help us on our way
