Cosworth 4x4 Front brake converision Fiesta- 2 easy queries!
Hi there,
Firstly for this conversion on a mk3.5 Fiesta am i correct in thinking that Sierra Cos 4x4 Front brakes are the same as EsCos Front brakes and either can be used for the conversion?
Secondly what braided hose line kits can be used for this conversion, i have been told before on here by someone that the usual FRST kit will NOT work since one end of the hose has a fitting unique to the cosworth callipers?
Anyone help?

Hi mate i did this on my old fiesta and it was featured in fast ford some years ago, probably 2002/3 iirc....... anyway 4x4 discs are ok to use as long as the caliper carrier is spaced from the hub by 5mm. As for the braided hoses i used fiesta ones and had no problems with them. Just make sure they dont rub on the inner arch at all
