Default Need advice on changing my engine

I've got a mkII escort with a 1600 crossflow in it, what exactly do I need to do and buy to put a 2 litre pinto engine in? A parts list would be handy.

Cheers

Would love to put a cossie lump in it But have just spent Ł2415 today on flights to Australia

So pinto is the cheapest option.......well for now

engine mounts and exhaust manifold and downpipe(or 4 branch), inlet manifold and carb-with new throttle linkage etc as engines are opposites ie on pinto exhaust manifold is drivers side of car and inlet on n/s, opposite way round with crossflow, new bellhousing, rads are different from memory-top hose on opposite side i think?

I want to do it sooner rather than later, then save up once I have.

Mr impatient me, no good at saving but loves to spend it

If I remember correctly you can use the cross member from an automatic, as this will line up with the type 9 box
