escort rs turbo won't run

hello there can anyone help me please, the engine fires when yo crank it but as soon as you think it started it dies on me any ideas.

could be a loose hose

as above, remove ur air box and get a mate to crank it over and push the flap down slightly and if it fires up it could be as simple as a small cut in a boost hose
