hello there having a problem with my car, it cranks over and starts but as soon as you take the key back from the crank position it dies. It just won't run for longer than a second. Can anyone help please

possible air leak, fuel pump relay

first check for a spark, leads dizzy or coil,check if you r getting fuel or is it your immobiliser if it has one?
