Top of the wing so probably some dozy tart in a 4x4, caught the bumper too, any ideas how much it'll cost to be repaired? When I came out the shop they'd gone

bumper looks like it will get away with just paint
the wing "might" be able to get popped out again, otherwise you are looking at a few quid

what a right cunt to go and do that to someones motor and then fuck off

to be fair, if it was a little bint in a big 4x4, they probably wouldn't have noticed but that doesn't excuse the fact it's happened

depends on how much you want to spend
if wing is beaten out and filled, painted and laquered with bumper painting around £250-500
if you have a new wing fitted and then painted with bumper, around £800
If you go to insurance approved around £1500
assuming the bumper isn't split of course

You could have to wing sorted out, but I bet it would never look right since the dent is in several creases, plus it would be hard to get the exact shape of the extended arch right again. You might be better off having a new panel. Worth it on such a good car.

no wonder car insurance keeps going up if you recon an extra £700 just to go to an insurance recognised body shop, they should go back to letting us have 3 quotes to keep them on their toes. But gutted for you, have you got a reg number, although saying that as it was on a car park the filth wont do a thing, similar thing happened to my dad a few years ago, we popped in the local police station with details including reg number and they just didn't want to know, told us to get in touch with dvla, as he was selling the car hadn't got the time to follow it up, hope you get it sorted soon.

nightmare when it happens to yourself but i wonder how many of those expressing disgust at the other driver for fucking off would really do the same if there was no witnesses, damage doesnt look to bad and id say thats in no way a £1500 job.its a new wing and bumper paint.id guess at about £600-700 .

Your probably looking at about £3-350 for wing and bumper mate, add another £300 on if new wing needed as they then might have to blend the door..... All depends where you go and the quality you get

I hate public carparks

We had amupet drive into my mates car outside a shop and we saw them drive off We headed home and saw said car on a driveway and surprise surprise it had white paint on the front bumper where she'd hit his car. We knocked and told her that she'd been seen we had details of witnesses and did she want to go through the insurance or sort it. She told us to contact his insurer which we did.

The bitch then phoned the police and accused us of hitting her car and then threatening her
