As title....
Just replaced the radiator, so it's needing a fill up before I get her going again. It's a 1.6 CVH EFi turbo
What to people recommend??
Cheers

Get blue!!!
Bluecol or similar
The red stuff is newer and can perish the seals or pipes (cant remember what Karl said LOL)
But blue is the colour to go for (any make really, all comes from same place)

The Blue was designed for old cast-iron engines, like Pintos, Cross-flow, etc... where as the Red was designed for the later alloy-based engines. The CVH has an alloy head and using the Blue antifreeze does everntually cause headgasket erosion around the water ports due to corrosion and around the thermostat housing. I have used the later Ford SuperPlus4 anti-freeze (which is actually compatible with Blue and Red antifreeze due to its composite make-up) and after 3 years, the alloy was still in almost immaculate condition around the thermostat housing
When I stripped the engine (after bending some valves @ far too high rpm) the cylinder head water port erosion was almost minimal.
