undo the oil inlet feed pipe to the turbo.
Place this into a jar and then disconnect the ignition leads,
crank over the car until oil comes out the pipe.

Sorted

i take the oil return pipe off the turbo, crank it, and wait for it to drip.

This is ideal but its normally easier to get the feed pipe off

i take the rocker cover of aswell to make sure the oil gets to the top of the head o.k if it doesnt get to the top tidy you could find that it may have a problem with oil pump or pick up pipe and your new turbo could be knackerd in time to come.
