Following on from my previous thread about how much fooking glasses cost from opticians - I just picked my new bins up and holy fucking shit! I can see shit I never knew was there before

Fuck me, it is seriously like the world has turned from crappy analogue TV into fooking full on HD-DVD Everything is so fucking detailed

LOL I love picking up my specs when they've had new lenses fitted!! No scratches, all clean and nice and super sharp vision!! Like you said though its a fucking shame it costs so much!

 

i sometimes wish i had specs some of them look so

had em when i was 7 but my vision corrected itself and im 20/20 now

Yeah But I had been meaning to change em for ages, but never got round to it, or spent the money on other things instead

Still, they lasted FUCKING well for 10yrs, so I hope these last just aswell!

I wouldnt be able to see shit if i kept mine that long with how fucked up mine get at work

 

i wonder how many people there are that haven't had their eyes tested for a while and are going around not being able to see properly? you don't notice that your sight has deteriorated if it happens gradually (like hearing) but when you get it corrected and can see the leave son the trees again it is amazing

i got my first pair of glasses yonks ago as my distance vision had gone to s**t
got my first pair of glasses and was shocked at how bad my eyes really were

 

only on girls

 

Trush I had the same thing, vision started to deteriorate in my early twenties and I couldn't believe just how blind I was. Scary.

Turns out my mum saying "You'll go blind" was true all along.
