Default Which Head Gasket ??

I know this has prob been done a few times, but opions change.

Do i use a Normal Group A one ??

Or do i use a New 3 layer cometic one i originally bought for the saph.

If your only running power up to 350, then Group A will be more than sufficient so ive told.

and at £70 from Burtons and most other suppliers, id say its a bargain and if you can fit yourself, even better.

Not sure what the comectic one are good for power wise.

But id look at a WRC jobby, will cost you £300ish of your finest pounds, but you pretty know it aint gna fail you. so for peace of mind, id opt for that option.
