Does anyone know where I can get carbon fibre replacement panels for the 2 panels by the rear screen on a saph cossie and also the 2 panels on the rear windows. Mike Rainbird used to list them but he says he no longer does them. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Dan, no the fez was pulled apart and distributed quite a while ago now lol. Just bough my 4x4 saph back that I built so looking to finish it all off.

My mate that does film props does some carbo stuff, has a vacuum over etc, if stuck I can ask him, he's currently doing props for three major films, inc batman.
He's just done a load of poly HANDGRENADES(200) but would not let me have a single one, looked absolutely real, even had rust on them, rolled them in iron filings that have been left out in rain a few days while poly still soft so it sticks!!

i dnt fink creative carbon do them any more cos i wanted sum an they emailed me bk saying that they only do the number plate surround,wud like sum tho if u find any1 who does them,wud also like the roof gutters on the saff as well

 

They would not have been the Creative Carbon ones, as he hasn't made any for years. I have managed to twist Marcus's arm to do a one-off set for Matt (along with the roof gutters), but ask him how long he has been waiting! Hence why I just say they are no longer available, as after these, Marcus doesn't EVER want to do anymore . If you want to see how good the Creative Carbon ones are, dig up the copy of Performance Ford with Justin Egan's white Sapphire in (my old car) - G888 GCL .

 

Try DJM Motorsports who make Ka stuff but have a subsidiary company JP Composites who could make things in CF for you
