Iv'e had my heating on and off all week Even put it on last night lol But then i suppose i have just come back from 40c+ heat and have not adjusted well lol
everytime i get out of bed i always have a blocked nose, its just starting to clear now! any ideas why this happens?
i suffer from the same thing if you have a window open and get some fresh air during the night it doesnt seem to happen with me, i get it worse if the central heating is on so even in winter ill have the window wide open

Exactly
Keep your window open at night & that should sort it out - it did mine
Hayfever / Alergies for sure..... try taking an Anti-Hystamine (sp) before you go to bed at night and see if it helps. I recommend Tesco own brand, and you can actually get 2 different type of Anti-Hystamine tablets, so if one type doesnt work try the other as they react to different alergies.
Lee has this everyday, hes taking antihistamines and using sudafed nasal spray and vicks sinex, still not helping though
Is he taking them in the morning or at night? Vicks isnt really going to help something alergy related. Beconase prescripton nasel spray is the only decent one around but be careful not to overuse it more than your Doctor recommends..... fucks your sinuses up big stylee as its a steroid!

Try taking them in the evening as they wear off gradually through the day, the time he most needs them ie: at night is when he has the least amount in his system. Worth a go, may not help but works for some.
