i've been told it now has a bit of a 'rattle'


it was pulling 290bhp @ 10psi, watched it for a while, peaking 30psi holding 27psi & it made 448.6bhp, i had to go home to meet the boys, i got a call a bit later to say it had developed a bit of a 'rattle'

can this car give me any more grief oh well, i have a new set of shells & rod bolts for it

cossie4i Steve, changed them lifters not long after that Surrey meet, wish it was lifters again its a TT T38 btw.

 

What torque did it make ?

What injectors, cams ????

Im just very interested Matt as i have a TT T38 to fit on mine.

Mine is on standard cams with light head porting, lower comp.

Do you suffer with any surge issues ?

That's about the right power for a well built engine with a TT T38....I'd be pleased with that.

What RPM did they spin it too at the top end.....???
