How do you get the bigger diameter hose to fit the airbox,can you buy a reducer or what ?

probably, or a hose for that application as they're 'normally' used with cones...

make a sleave out of another pipe................pop it inside to reduce the size

you can buy a proper pipe then goes from 70mm down to 60mm can remember where from i will find it a post a link although i am sure samco etc do the pipe
