is a BD10 ok with a head height of 138.4

I know 138.4 is a smidge below recommended but would it be ok with a bd10

heads off the car and been sorted, mates got a BD10 didnt know whether to throw it in or not.
Didnt want to slot it in and on start up have a disaster
