I do, so need to give up too, keep saying I should give up and run the marathon next year to have something to work for.
However the temptation to sit in front of my pc with a fag hanging out of my mouth seems to win everytime.
I'm awaiting the lecture off my boss in the morning about no smoking at work now, possibly the start of a new me

Personally Ive never smoked a single cigarette in my life, and proud of it too!
My grandad died on Christmas Day of a direct result of smoking, triple heart bypass couldnt save him due to block arteries
My Nan also died from it too simply due to the fact she inhaled all his smoke for years and years, but never actually smoked herself.
If that doesnt expect how true the passive smoking facts are then I dont know what will

i don't understand why new people start smoking in the fisrt place
i can understand that in the olden days peole used to smoke and not bother because they didn't know the health risks accosiated with it, but now peole do so why do they start?
i suppose it's better to look cool when you are younger than look old when you are older eh

Used to but gave up! cant stand it now, the smell makes me sick!
X smokers are the worst they say
My gran smoked all her life, 30-40 a day...weird thing is she didnt die from any sort of cancer/heart attack/blocked arteries or anything, just simply old age at 84!
