Please could someone measure the distance between the bulkhead and the back of the head and the distance between the front of the head and the slam panel?

what size zetec? my pal has a 2.1 zetec turbo under his 5 door mk4 escort sleeper, is that what you are planning? i'll point him in your direction if it is....

 

Well - it's a ST170 head on a 2.0 CGI Zetec Block - however - i don't think the ST head is dimensionally different in terms of width/depth

 

Still need answers on this guys...
