Another question guys.(your own fault so knowing so much )

Is it a 'done' thing to have 8" x 17" at the rear and 7" x 17" a the front?

Just thinking about extra grip at the rear? Or is it a pointless idea

i have 17x8 all round but would like 17x7 for the front.

I have 215 tyres on the front and 235 on the rear.

So the answer is yes fit as wide tyres as you can to the rear.
