Default about hybrid T3 4x4 into T34

Need opinions about modification of my T3 4x4.
My regional turborebuilders offer to change my comp housing and comp. wheel on my T3 4x4 (turbine A/R .48)
Can it work properly and good if the comp housing A/R is .60, inlet diam. - 70mm. and the comp. wheel diameters are 56mm x 76mm.
I know that the esc T34 comp wheel diameter smaller (48mm x 69mm)
What will change in the character of the engine if I try to install this hybrid?
And can I install turbine with this housing on my standart manifold without problem with place unto the head?

I think that will be T3/T04E hybrid with .48 A/R turbo .60 A/R compressor and 54 trim comp. wheel...
Is it usable on the road or will be too much lag comparatively std T3 and esc T34?

It will be lag city, with this, won't get going until a lot higher up.
I also notice location of bracket for actuator will have to be sorted along with a feed for the amal valve.
Can you not have yours machined out to T34 size wheel/housing ?
