Default Help.....diamond cut rs to fit my saff???

Hey guys,

Ive got an immaculate paur of diamond cut rs 7 spokes but have no idea if they are the right offset for my saff. i love the look of them but dont want to make things worse as ive already experienced the escort cossie alloys damaging my steering column.

Any advise would be great...

and where can i get a pair of them not a set

You'll find Diamond Cut's are as popular as Comp Mo's on Saff's. The only problem I had with mine was because the car is lowered 35mm the front drivers side tyre caught the inside of the wheel arch. I am running 215/40 tyres though. Potentially a 205/40 would have prevented the problem.

I can't see that you should have a problem with your steering column as loads of people have these wheels and I've never seen any problem posts.

As for picking up a pair, I'd say to get yourself to the upcoming shows and have a look round the auto jumble. You might find the odd ones here and there that need a refurb. Other than that put a post in the wanted section. perhaps one of the breakers may have odd ones lying around.

Thanks mate. are they soft spokes on your saff? They too look great and are still easily available.

Id have to sell my still boxed diamonds if i cant get another immaculate pair and go for the soft spokes. Its not a compromise, still looks great but a different kind of look.
