Your really looking at 400 to 410 with a t3/4.It'll need long studding, tri metallc h/gasket,major porting to the head,iskys,and the cams will depend on which tuner you go to.

ginge i would start by getting a proper engine, oh and maybe a few driving lessons, then.. maybe then ya need more power
man ya is too scared to go over 120 mph, why do ya want 430bhp???

a T38 would do it wouldnt it? failing that it'll be a ball bearing jobby
big cams (bd14's?) with plenty of work done to the head should just about get you there. and dont forget decent transmission to hold it all together!

If you want a car that's fun to drive, then stick with what you've got, and get it remapped/set up.
I couldn't believe the difference in my brother's car after he got it remapped by Karl.
