ive never tuned an rs turbo realy but for putting a zetec bottom end in & stage 3 head etc i wouldve expected to break the 200bhp mark esspecially from the flywheel

is that about normal power for that amount of mods?

Its about right for a bar of boost, more boost and maybe a better cam? he would break 200bhp

Friend of mine, who dont post much on here had a 1.8zvh, similar spec and made 230bhp at 22psi

Depends what pistons are in the bottom end, standard zetecs with a skim cant take much more than a bar
