Default Turbosmart E-boost control problem

I am new to this forum - I run a Westfield with a fully standard 2wd Cosworth (turbo) and last year I had one of these e-boost controllers fitted.

I've started to play with the settings and I'm not having much fun. The car seems to run best with standard wastegate min boost ( approx 7psi). When I try to run anything higher the engine starts to miss at about 4500 (almost as if the rev limiter has kicked in, I'm short shifting all the time to to keep moving.

I've fitted a new (stndrd 2wd cosworth) fuel pump so Im pretty sure its not that.

Has anyone had any experience of setting the Set Points, Gate Pressures and Sensitivities to any better success.

I'm going to have to go to my local rolling road guys but I dont think they've had the experience on these.

Any advice or pointers welcome.

Thanks
R
