ERST oil return pipe to block??
Does this have a gasket where the bent pipe bolts up to it?

so are you talking the end which bolts to the turbo with 2 x 13mm bolts?

Yes there is a gasket there (10), thought it was the other end of the oil return that was leaking on yours, the rubber connection to the block(7)?
