Used it i bought a frontera for a few weeks, phone up Norwich union they give you a quote should you want to carry on after the 7 days, if you dont reply after 7 days the insurance lapses, you get the 7 day covernote next day

The only catch, if you can call it that, Is that they will try and get your business on the vehicle during the 7 days,
All it is really is just a 1st step for a possible new customer.
From calling to recieving the Email and printing it off it took us about 5 minutes,
I would do it again.
